We're Nicole and Kent, a small operation in South Africa with a shared obsession: Agates. Nature's quiet show-offs—no two are ever the same, each revealing colors and patterns formed over millions of years.
What started as a fascination has grown into a family-run mission to bring these hidden treasures from the earth to collectors around the world.
Meet the Team
Our partnership works because our skills balance perfectly — with two humans doing the work and a predominantly furry management team making sure we don't forget who's really in charge.
Nicole Wili: With 15 years in the gemstone industry, Nicole is the stubbornly determined engine of Elemental Treasure. She curates the collection, photographs each piece in natural light, and manages the website and shipping — a surprise website builder, as it turns out, and living proof that stubbornness and determination can take you further than any formal qualification. She's the one who ensures your order travels safely from our home to yours.
Kent Alcock: Kent has spent over a decade working behind the scenes in the mineral world. He handles the hands-on work — sourcing rough nodules directly from our trusted contacts — and his deep relationships with miners and suppliers ensure we offer only the finest, ethically sourced stones direct from the source. He is also our Chief Engineer: the kind of person who can look at a pile of spare parts and see a precision cutting machine. Kent's self-built equipment and relentless tinkering are the reason our polishing gets better with every batch.
Mrs. Buku-Bones: The real boss of the operation. She oversees everything from her preferred vantage point, has very high standards for office management, and has a gift for knowing exactly when she is needed most. Small in size, enormous in presence. She is far more precious to us than any agate we've ever found.
Douglas (aka Swuggle): Head of Security, Emotional Support, and Chief Clown. Dougie goes wherever he pleases — which is everywhere — and has an unshakeable belief that he fits in any space, regardless of evidence to the contrary. Just like Mrs. Bones, he is a soul we couldn't do this without—far more valuable to our hearts than the stones in our shop.

No mass production, and absolutely no treatments or enhancements—just careful selection, hand-polishing, and honest photography. Elemental Treasure is devoted entirely to one-of-a-kind, hand-polished collector specimens.
