Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing Elemental Treasure! We ship our unique agates worldwide from South Africa.
1. Handling Time All orders are processed and packed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been handed over to the carrier.
2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Domestic (South Africa): 3–7 business days via local courier.
International (DHL Express): 9–15 business days.
Note: Total Delivery Time = Handling Time (2–4 days) + Transit Time.
3. Order Tracking Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's journey.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, import duties, taxes, or VAT may be applied by your local customs authority. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates. Elemental Treasure is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
5. Damaged or Missing Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact nicole@elementaltreasure.com immediately with photos of the packaging and the items.
