Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Elemental Treasure! We want you to be completely satisfied with your unique agate specimen.

Return Window We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.

EU Buyers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may submit a request directly through your account order page, or contact us at nicole@elementaltreasure.com before the withdrawal period expires. You may use any clear statement expressing your decision to withdraw. You must then return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Upon withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your returned item. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If an item is damaged in transit or is the incorrect item, Elemental Treasure will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.

  • Change of Mind: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees. (Restocking Fee: $0.00)

Condition of Items To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that natural inclusions and characteristics shown in product photographs are not considered defects.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
