Elemental Treasure supplies traders and retailers with directly sourced, investment-grade natural minerals in wholesale quantities. Our lines include Malawi Agate, Blue Lace Agate, Lilangabe Agate, and Rough Stichtite — each directly sourced from origin and hand-selected by us in South Africa.
Minimum order value: R10,000 in goods (excluding shipping).
How It Works
Browse our wholesale collection and use the Request a Quote button on each product page to submit your order. We will confirm your order details by email, calculate your shipping quote, and send you a draft order with a secure payment link. Your order is dispatched as soon as payment is received.
Why Isn't Shipping Calculated at Checkout?
Wholesale shipping does not fit into automated checkout systems. Orders vary widely in weight, volume, and destination, and each shipping method has its own rate structure. To ensure you receive the most accurate and cost-effective option, shipping is quoted manually after your order is placed.
DHL Express — Lighter or urgent consignments are shipped via DHL Express. For shipments over 50 kg, DHL offers a heavyweight spot rate. These rates are requested directly from DHL, fluctuate with fuel and market conditions, and are valid for 7 days only.
Airfreight — For larger consignments, we offer palleted airfreight, quoted manually. Delivery can be arranged to your nearest international airport or door-to-door, depending on your preference.
Seafreight — For the largest orders, seafreight provides the best value. Available as LCL (Less than Container Load) or FCL (Full Container Load), shipped to your nearest port or door-to-door where available. For a preliminary sea freight estimate, email nicole@elementaltreasure.com.
In short: wholesale shipping is not one-size-fits-all. We quote manually to ensure you always receive the fairest, most precise rate.
Order Processing & Packing
- Orders are packed within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation. Larger orders may take longer — we are meticulous with packing.
- You are welcome to combine multiple orders for a single shipment. Simply notify us at nicole@elementaltreasure.com.
- For orders exceeding one metric ton, we will provide quotes for both air and sea freight.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link by email.
- Our carriers operate Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Customs & Duties
Customs duties and VAT applicable in your country are not included in our shipping rates and are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering. We are not liable for customs-related delays.
Shipping Damage
All shipments include insurance as standard. If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at nicole@elementaltreasure.com with photos of the shipment both unopened and opened.
