A large single from the Ngabu deposit with at least three distinct banding systems running at different angles: broad horizontal crazy lace bands in the upper zone, a triangular chevron formation to the left, and deeply layered concentric banding to the right. The palette spans amber-yellow, warm brown, mauve-pink, lavender, sard-red and white. Ghost banding is present beneath the surface. Directly sourced from Ngabu, Malawi and hand-polished by us in South Africa.

Each Ngabu candy agate is a natural stone weathered from Jurassic basalts of the Karoo supergroup in southern Malawi’s Nsanje district. Minor surface marks or internal features are part of natural formation. You will receive the exact item shown. All photographs are unedited natural light images.
