A Ngabu specimen with an unusually soft palette. Broad banding in rose-pink, dusty mauve, and cream-white sweeps across the face in fluid arcs with pronounced scalloped edges — the character shifting in the lower half to tighter, more regular fortification arcs. A wide blue-grey chalcedony zone sits against the warm pink banding on the left side, creating a strong warm-cool contrast across the face. Directly sourced from Ngabu, Malawi and hand-polished by us in South Africa.

Each Malawi agate specimen is a natural stone formed over millions of years. These Ngabu candy agates are weathered from Jurassic basalts of the Karoo supergroup in southern Malawi's Nsanje district. This collector-grade polished agate may show minor surface marks or internal features as part of its natural formation and unique character. Any notable characteristics are clearly visible in the images.
You will receive the exact item shown in the photos. All photographs are captured in natural light without filters or digital enhancement to show the true character of the stone.
Please take note of the measurements and view all photos carefully before purchasing.
