A matched pair from the Ngabu deposit, cut to reveal a striking interior of tight fortification banding in deep sard-carnelian tones and rich amber-yellow. Two natural vugs punctuate the face. The match across both halves is exceptional: mirrored banding structure, tonal consistency, and a shared colour story that reads as a single composition when displayed open. Directly sourced from Ngabu, Malawi and hand-polished by us in South Africa.

Each Malawi agate specimen is a natural stone formed over millions of years. These Ngabu candy agates are weathered from Jurassic basalts of the Karoo supergroup in southern Malawi's Nsanje district. This collector-grade polished agate pair may show minor surface marks or internal features as part of its natural formation and unique character. Any notable characteristics are clearly visible in the images.
You will receive the exact item shown in the photos. All photographs are captured in natural light without filters or digital enhancement to show the true character of the stone.
Please take note of the measurements and view all photos carefully before purchasing.
